Hand Foot Mouth

My baby came down with the 'hand-foot-mouth' disease earlier this week. Some little kid had it in her day care & thus ... the inevitable happened.

The poor thing got blisters on her tongue which caused her to be miserable! She can't eat and barely drink. It has been a fight just to keep her hydrated let alone getting all her nutrients. Can you believe that she even refused chocolate and sometimes ice cream? We endured lots of whining, screaming, crying, & kicking. Definitely not pleasant at all. Poor E had to stay with her at home for two days while I worked ... hope he took lots of Tylenol for the headaches.

Hopefully this will all be over soon!
