Back from our trip to
We had fun! Our road trip there went really well! Baby was sooo good the entire time there and princess was well behaved as well (all 8 hours of it... with LA traffic - UGH). Although it was good mostly due to endless hours of Hi-5 songs (all 36 song ...) over and over and OVER again. But hey, whatever keeps them happy!
(Now don't go searching for them online randomly because apparently there is also an internet dating site with the same name - and well, you know the pictures that comes up with those... AHEM.)The weather was hot and humid, but not scorching hot.
We saw them ... (the line was ridiculously LONG... we waited for over an hour and half...)
Then we did lots of rides including this one....
They recently remodelled it.. I swear they just cleaned and added all the Disney princesses and characters into it. I guess it's good to get the kids to be interested in going to this timeless Disney attraction, right?
However our highlight was finally going on this ride.

We went at 8am and was able to go on it with barely any wait. (However when we came out of the ride, the line was at least 45 minutes long!)
We also went to the new Pixie Hollow attraction to meet the fairies. We waited for 45 minutes for a 20 minute wait... then the line halted about only 3 more families in front of us. We then waited for another 30 minutes...
Why? You Ask?
(hubby overheard the staff talking) Some family few families before us took a child with CHICKENPOX to Disneyland. And one of the fairies has never had chicken pox before. So they had to take the family out, the fairy out, and Lysol the whole place. (Pray that we didn't catch it with waiting in line touching all the railings behind said family. Who in their right mind do that to their kid anyway....)
However Court was just content with playing with Minnie (her fav) at the stores and watching the Koi fishes at the hotel. The whole time, every ride - even it's a small world, she has her face tucked into my body and clung on to me the WHOLE time. (Go figure!)
